All of our products are made to order (pre-order).
Please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order is shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. In the event of any unexpected delays, we will contact you promptly with an update.
SHIPPING ISSUES

REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused or not collected from the designated delivery point, it will be returned to us. Once the package is received, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
DUTIES & TAXES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total at checkout.
